SK Labs LLC ("Company", "we", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information from users ("you" or "Player") who access or interact with doodls.fun (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Overview

doodls.fun is a free online multiplayer drawing and guessing game with crypto-integrated prize pools. Players can participate in public games or host private games. 100% of creator fees from the $doodl coin go directly into prize pools, which are distributed to winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) as SOL rewards. Players do not need to pay anything to participate.

The platform operates on blockchain technology for prize distribution. Gameplay data and user interactions are processed to facilitate gameplay, leaderboards, and reward distribution.

2. Age Restrictions

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13. If you believe someone underage is using the Platform, please contact us at support@doodls.fun.

3. Data We Collect

a. Information You Provide

  • Username/Nickname: You may choose a username or nickname for display in games.
  • Support Emails: If you contact us directly via email, we may retain that communication.

We do not directly collect, access, or store your email address or wallet private key.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Wallet Address: Your wallet address serves as your primary identifier when you connect via Privy.
  • Gameplay Data: We collect data including game participation, scores, drawings, guesses, play timestamps, game outcomes, and leaderboard rankings.
  • Device & Access Logs: We may log IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers for operational, diagnostic, and anti-fraud purposes.
  • Cookies & Analytics: We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand usage patterns and improve platform functionality.
  • Blockchain Interactions: Prize claims and token transactions occur on-chain and are public, immutable, and outside our control.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to power core features:

  • Privy: Enables wallet-based login. Privy is a trusted service, and we do not have access to your wallet private keys or personal information through Privy.
  • Analytics & Infra Providers: We may use infrastructure services (e.g., logging, security tools) that incidentally process limited user data for the Platform to function securely.

Third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those separately.

5. Use of Information

We may use your information to:

  • Facilitate access to the Platform and your account
  • Track and display gameplay performance (e.g., scores, leaderboards)
  • Distribute SOL prizes to winners
  • Enforce game rules, including detection of cheating, multi-accounting, or other abuse
  • Respond to support inquiries
  • Improve Platform performance and security
  • Comply with applicable laws and obligations

We do not use your information to build personal profiles or serve behaviorally targeted ads.

6. Data Storage and Security

All sensitive communications (e.g., wallet interactions, game results) are encrypted during transmission using industry-standard protocols. We employ commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.

Note: No method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for operational integrity, legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Gameplay-related data (e.g., scores, rankings, drawings) may be stored indefinitely for leaderboard continuity, auditing, or historical insights.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your wallet credentials. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. If you believe your wallet has been compromised, disconnect immediately and contact support.

9. International Users

doodls.fun does not specifically target residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, or California. We do not consider ourselves subject to the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. If future expansion includes these jurisdictions, we may revise this policy to reflect their compliance requirements.

10. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for commercial purposes. If this ever changes, you will be notified and given the opportunity to opt out.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy at our discretion. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
